Ordering Information
Minimum order is $15.00 USD, including shipping charges.
All prices are subject to change.
All products are subject to manufacturer's availability. We make every effort to keep
inventory in stock, however it is possible that an inventory item may be out of stock.
In this infrequent situation an item will be back ordered, and the customer will be
notified. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Billing and Shipping Information
All sales will be made via customer credit card. In the case of an order with backordered parts, such parts will be billed to the credit card when shipped. No item will be charged for before it is prepared to ship.
Shipping charges are determined by the ZIP code of the shipping address. Entering the
correct ZIP code is entirely the ordering party's responsibility. If the entered ZIP code
is incorrect, the shipping charges will be adjusted without the ordering party being
advised.
For in stock items we ship within 48 hours from the order being received in the system. In
the case an order contains items which are backordered we will ship the backordered
portion when it becomes available. If the time to ship significantly exceeds a time
indicated on this website, we will contact the ordering party for instructions on how to
proceed.
Customized items may indicate an estimated time to ship in the ordering system. In some cases these items may shipped sooner than the time indicated. If the time to ship an item will exceed the time indicated we will contact the ordering party for instructions on how to proceed.
We ship merchandise by UPS Ground and by United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
Some orders may be filled by shipments from different warehouses.
Returns
Stuff4Trucks makes every effort to sell quality merchandise and ship it to you in good condition. Many of the high quality products sold by Stuff4Trucks are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please take advantage of this coverage and contact the manufacturer according to their warranty instructions. Stuff4trucks accepts returns of defective items for exchange only. We do not offer satisfaction or money back guarantees. Returns are accepted only with prior authorization and valid return merchandise authorization number (RMA.). To obtain an RMA for a defective product, please send e-Mail to Returns@stuff4trucks.com indicating your name, address, order number, part number and description and the nature of the problem.
